Apply for your Texas absentee ballot!

Are you a qualified Texas voter trying to apply for an absentee ballot?

Here's all you need to get your mail-in ballots:

Are you registered to vote?

If so, apply for your Texas Absentee/Mail-in Ballot:

Download the form, complete it, find your county's elections administrator and mail it to them.

  • Download ballot application.
  • Read the instructions and fill it out. Do not add extra information. Risks to one's health would fall under "disability."
  • Locate your county's elections administrator's address.
  • Mail your application. (You must mail your application even if you email or fax it first.)
  • Receive ballots!

  • β€œChoosing to vote by mail is entirely the prerogative and the right of the voter. People can take their health history into consideration and if they believe voting in person is likely to injure their health they can vote by mail.”

    Travis County Clerk Dana DeBeauvoir
